Amazingly soft and comfortable, like they're casual cargo pants. Really designed for a man's fit. Lots of pockets to hold scissors, syringes, flushes, etc. I only wish they were available in more colors as KOI recently updated their line, but reduced the color selection. They need ceil and white!!!
