Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Murse World uses Priority Mail as its standard shipping method. All shipping times are based on business days and must be placed before 10 AM to guarantee delivery in the time frame selected.
Please note: Shipping times depend on product availability. For example, selecting an item that is listed as "Ships in 5 - 7 business days" and choosing overnight shipping will only affect the transit time after we've packed and shipped your order. Once in a while a certain size or color may be temporarily unavailable at the time of your purchase. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible to provide you with an updated availability date and substitution options. If neither of these are acceptable, we will gladly cancel and refund your order.
Your actual shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process so that you'll never be surprised with unexpected fees. Before submitting your order you will have the opportunity to review your total amount including shipping.
Murse World is pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75! Our free shipping requirements are lower than the majority of our competitors, who require their customers to spend $100, $150, or even $175 before qualifying for free shipping. NOTE: Free shipping only applies to orders shipping to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Your order subtotal must be at least $75 after any sales, discounts, coupons are applied. The minimum order requirement does not include tax or shipping. While customers who choose to take advantage of our free shipping offer will generally receive their items via USPS Priority Mail, Murse World may subsitute carriers or classes of delivery service at its discretion. In other words, when you select our free shipping option your package might be sent by Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Order processing time varies depending on the availability of the products that you order. Every product on our website includes an availability message which lets you know how long the item takes to ship. Orders are shipped once all products become available. For example, if you place an order for a scrub top that is marked as "Usually Ships in 24 hours" and a pair of scrub pants that are marked as "Ships in 5 - 7 business days", your entire order will ship based on the availability of the pants that you ordered. We group items for shipping to reduce your shipping costs and in order to offer FREE SHIPPING options to our customers.
Orders to Puerto Rico or International destinations may encounter shipping delays of up to one week. This delay is necessary in some cases to consolidate multiple items into a single shipment when items would normally ship from multiple locations.
Yes! In fact, Murse World now ships scrubs worldwide! International shipping is provided via UPS or USPS International First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Your actual shipping charges are calculated during checkout for you to review prior to submitting your order. Our free shipping offers (including free return and exchange shipping) do not apply to orders shipped outside of the United States. NOTE: International orders placed using PayPal must be from confirmed and verified accounts. The billing address must match the shipping address for all international credit card orders. Murse World reserves the right to cancel without explanation any transactions that it deems suspicious regardless of country of origin or destination. International shipments may be delayed up to one week prior to shipment in order to consolidate items stored at multiple locations.
Murse World believes in maintaining honest and clear communication with all of its customers. If we anticipate any delays in the processing of your order we will contact you by email to let you know your current order's status.
If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason you may email us at email@example.com or call us at (888) 501-4221 and a member of our staff will issue you an RMA number and provide you with return shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label*.
All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Items with animal fur, strong odors such as smoke, cologne/perfume, deoderants, etc. may not be returned. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Garments that have been washed/laundered or items that show visible wear may not be returned unless they are defective.
Embroidered or engraved items are not returnable unless an error was made in the embroidery or engraving or the item is defective.
At Murse World's discretion, returned items not meeting the above guidelines may be rejected and sent back to the customer or a 30% restocking fee may apply.
Gift cards, services, and AAMN memberships are non-refundable. Gift card balances do not expire and can be left in a customer's account indefinitely. Unredeemed gift cards may be transferred from person-to-person, however once a gift card has been redeemed it cannot be transferred to another person or account. Gift cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
At the time that your return authorization is processed you will be provided with a one-time use coupon code good for free standard domestic shipping on your next order received within 30 days. If you wish to place an exchange order you may do so as a new order using this coupon in order to receive free exchange shipping. Please note that there is a limit of one free return label per order. We will gladly accept additional returns on an order until you are satisfied with your order, however you will be responsible for the shipping both ways after the first prepaid mailing label has been issued. If you placed an order from outside of the United States, we will gladly refund or exchange your merchandise according to this policy, however we are unable to offer free return or exchange shipping for these orders.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, however return shipping for orders shipped within the United States is always free*! That means you can shop with the reassurance of knowing that even if you accidentally purchase the wrong color, style, or size we'll make your order right at no additional cost to you! Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (888) 501-4221 to let us know that you need to return your order and we'll email you a postage-prepaid return label for you to use. If you're exchanging an item we will provide you with a coupon code valid for 30 days toward free shipping on your separate exchange order.
Refunds due on returned items will be issued to the original payment method when possible or as a check sent via postal mail when the original payment method is unavailable for refund.
If you receive a defective item or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item we will gladly provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so that you can return the product for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear, hosiery, or intimate apparel. Only in the event that an item is defective can we exchange such products.

If you have made an order in error or need to cancel an order for any reason please contact us as quickly as possible so that we will have the best chance to intercept your order before it ships.
